DESCRIPTION of PACKAGES:

1) BASIC - PowerMTA only (without Mumara). Select this only if you need an additional delivery server for your existing email software instance

2) STANDARD - Mumara and PowerMTA setup, complete DNS/rDNS records, IP rotation, bounce processing

3) PREMIUM - Mumara and PowerMTA setup, complete DNS/rDNS records, IP rotation, bounce processing, SSL certificate, IP warm up guide and a sample schedule

DNS records include: A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM/DomainKey, DMARC.



Reverse DNS records (PTR) are created for every sending IP address.

If the server has more than one IP address assigned, PowerMTA is configured with an automatic IP rotation.

Automatic bounce processing is configured for Standard and Premium packages only.

Each package includes the installation of a free web hosting control panel.

The deal was to install the PMTA and the Mumara thing. Mumara is doing what ever it wants, one time it imports the list, the next time, it doesn't. I tested this on my own with different settings with the same outcome. So, the job is NOT COMPLETE, missing one important part. What's the point of having PMTA installed if you can't send any messages? Seller is hidding and not answering my request to fix this. Horrible experience.

Everything was installed and configured correctly, tested out and proven to work. Yet the buyer kept claiming that "nothing works" for him, and demonstrated a very negative attitude overall. Perhaps the buyer should devote some time to learn how the software works. Very frustrating experience.
