This seller responds very quickly to messages, but I found myself having the same discussion three times. He would forget important details, which caused a design error fixed by a mediocre work around, but he did stick with it. I didn't provide a highly detailed spec, due to the feedback and the simplicity of the project I didn't think it was needed. I didn't get what exactly I wanted but it will work. I'll probably have it re-done but it's okay for prototypes. He put a lot of time into some details like getting the text on the top right which I appreciated. I'm waiting for a print, I don't know yet how well it all fits, but I expect it will be fine. If you hire him, do a detailed spec.
